Dee Brown is an entrepreneur, award-winning producer/director, best selling author, and philanthropist whose work sits at the intersection of community transformation, media, and public-private development. He is the Founder and CEO of The P3 Group, Inc., widely recognized as the nation’s largest African American–owned public-private partnership real estate development firm, leading a national platform of more than 32 companies focused on real estate, infrastructure delivery, hospitality, and community revitalization.

With 30+ years of experience, Brown has helped deliver complex projects across the country and made history as the first minority U.S. Department of Defense contractor to secure a federal contract with the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power Training Unit. He is also the owner of Brownstone Country Club & Resort, becoming the first African American to own an 18-hole golf course in Arkansas and the Mid-South.
In entertainment, Brown leads Self Made Entertainment and has earned 150+ awards across 14 countries for film and television. He hosts the talk show *The Sky’s the Limit: Beyond the Deal* and executive produces and hosts the PBS series *Self Made* and *#HBCYou*, amplifying stories of entrepreneurship, leadership, and the HBCU experience.

A Forbes contributor and frequent national media guest, Brown is known for turning big ideas into measurable impact.
